Happiness Hour

We are partnering with one of our renters, the Art of Living Foundation, to jointly present, the Happiness Hour on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 7-9 pm. This session is based on innovative breathing techniques taught in the Art of Living Happiness Program that can reduce stress & heighten mental clarity & awareness in minutes.

In this session you will experience:

  • Short talk on the Yoga of the Mind …… practical wisdom about the nature of the mind to get most out of life
  • Breathing technique that will generate physical, mental and emotional clarity and increase your energy level in minutes
  •  Effortless guided meditation that will give you a taste of the beauty within.

Each month, we will discuss a different wisdom point to uncover the many facets of our mind and experience a new guided meditation to discover our true self. It is an ideal way to unwind after work, put into practice what you learned in the session and recharge for the next day and week.

The session will be led by an experienced Art of Living Happiness Program teacher. There will light, & healthy snacks served after the session.No previous experience is needed. There will be new people at every class, drop in any time. Everyone is welcome!
